You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age threshold or parental consent requirement under the law applicable to you. Some features may require additional eligibility. Provide accurate information, protect your login details and report unauthorised access to Support. Do not share passwords; use team member permissions when acting for an organisation.
Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before completing registration. Accepting the terms is not blanket consent to advertising or optional device permissions; those choices are managed separately. Impersonation, ban evasion and using multiple accounts to manipulate activity are prohibited.
Connections may record your IP address, browser information sent with requests, request and session identifiers, login and usage times, and authentication successes or failures. These records support sessions, abuse detection and troubleshooting. An IP address can indicate a network or approximate region; it is not precise GPS location.
When notifications are enabled, we process the platform, app push token or browser subscription and its keys, a random installation identifier, enabled status and activity, sending and delivery acknowledgement times where available. The random identifier helps manage a notification device when its token changes; it is not an IMEI. You can refuse or revoke notification permission in device or browser settings and manage devices and categories in available settings.
Messages and attachments are stored to deliver them to participants and provide conversation history, notifications and safety controls. Fanaraa does not describe these conversations as end-to-end encrypted. Content may be processed automatically to detect abuse or malicious files; authorised staff may review information relevant to a report, support request or security investigation within their permissions.
Email privacy@fanaraa.com, or support@fanaraa.com if that channel is unavailable, preferably from the account email. You can also open a ticket through Support. Put the request type in the subject: access, data copy, correction, account deletion or objection to processing. Email is available if you lost account access or uninstalled the app; you do not need to reinstall it to request deletion.
You can edit available fields in account settings. Data copy requests are reviewed through Support; do not rely on an automated complete-data download being available. Information about others or service security secrets may be withheld. Responses, verification, extensions and exceptions are subject to applicable law; request a follow-up reference and an explanation for delays or refusals. You may object, seek review or complain to the competent authority where provided by law.
For abuse or prohibited content, use the report tool next to the item or account where available. For support or if the tool is unavailable, use the contact page or support@fanaraa.com. Use the Rights Center for copyright, ownership and representation. For access to or deletion of your data, use Data Rights Requests or privacy@fanaraa.com.
Fanaraa displays information about works, characters and creators alongside content published by users and organisations. A catalogue page does not establish Fanaraa's ownership of a work or a distribution licence. Covers, images, music, logos and clips have their own rights; a download option or attribution does not authorise reuse without appropriate permission.
A catalogue page for a work, character or company may be an information reference rather than an account operated by that entity. Do not claim to represent a studio, publisher or artist without authority. A badge or status on Fanaraa applies only within its stated scope; it does not guarantee every claim or product or ownership of all rights.
Use the appeal option in the decision notice if available, or contact Support with the account name, content link or decision reference, reasons for disagreement and any new context. Do not create a replacement account to evade restrictions. You do not need to republish removed material. If you cannot sign in, use the published support email.
