A catalogue page for a work, character or company may be an information reference rather than an account operated by that entity. Do not claim to represent a studio, publisher or artist without authority. A badge or status on Fanaraa applies only within its stated scope; it does not guarantee every claim or product or ownership of all rights.

We may request professional information or evidence of authority through the available route before granting management access or recognition. Give team members only necessary permissions, revoke access when the relationship ends and do not share passwords. Workspace access must not be used to copy member data or contact members for purposes outside authorised work.

Notify Support or the Rights Center when authority ends or impersonation or a management dispute occurs. Permissions may be restricted or status changed pending verification. Provide the page reference, the applicant's role and current evidence; a matching name or first submission does not confer access. Verification information remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
